Program Description

The Women’s Leadership Sprint is a 2.5-day intensive professional learning experience designed to accelerate leadership development through deep reflection, real-time problem solving, and experiential learning. Anchored in MCEL’s proprietary 360 Leadership Assessment and core competencies, the sprint brings together a curated cohort of women leaders to engage in high-impact learning grounded in the realities of leadership. This is not a conference—it is a focused leadership lab designed to strengthen self-awareness, sharpen decision-making, and build the capacity to lead effectively in complex systems.

This is NOT traditional professional development—this is a focused leadership experience designed for depth, reflection, and real-time application.

Beyond The Sprint

The Women’s Leadership Sprint is not a standalone experience—it is an entry point into the Leaders Developing Leaders (LDL) ecosystem. This experience is facilitated by some of the premier women leaders in the country, including sitting and former superintendents and executive leaders who bring both credibility and lived experience to the work.
Participants may continue their growth through coaching, advanced leadership experiences, and ongoing engagement within a national network of leaders committed to development, alignment, and impact.
